I am very appreciative for this. Working with Career Joy gave me a much more clear sense of market value and control over the next steps of my career. I have completed all 6 sessions but I feel strongly that my relationship and connection with Career Joy and my coach will not come to an end but rather will be a place I know I will always be able to turn to or refer back to, if needed. Thank you Career Joy and Stephen Williams!

Fidelia Osime 20 Jul I have found the process with CareerJoy interesting. The initial contact with Cynthia was the beginning and her subtle push set me on the right path. I struck an immediate rapport with my coach, Sandra, and our relationship has grown over time despite the fact that our interactions have all been over the telephone.

The program is flexible and can be tweaked to meet the needs of the candidate. Sandra is open to questions and has made changes along the line to accommodate my needs. I have enjoyed the process and interactions with Sandra and I always look forward to our meetings. My Career Coach Karen Haas has been a great resource and guide as I navigated my search for "whats next".

Working with Karen and the Career Joy program during my Covid-temporary layoff to figure out what I want next from my career, and do I want to go back to school, has been such a huge help and helped me find careers that fit my strengths and really work systematically and thoughtfully through "where should I go from here". Mike Fisher 14 Mar I came to CareerJoy with the hope of discovering more about myself professionally and the career options open to me based on my professional experience and education.

Through my sessions with my coach, I learned more about my skills, abilities, talents and what kind of work I would and would not like to do. However, my experience with my career coach did not fully meet my expectations. Communication in between sessions was lacking on the part of my coach. Said coach either took a very long time to respond to my inquiries or did not respond to them at all.
